I'm having serious mental problem right now. At first I couldn't sleep. My muscles were twitching the next day. Headache and all. Took relaxation pill last night to help me sleep. Doctor was considering to refer me to a psychi guy to help me. I don't wanna go to that extend. So how do you release your stress? I don't feel like I'm having any but thats what the doctor said.
I'm going crazyy

How do you release your stress?

Well I used to go Judo. And then I would fight it all out, and suffer, and then by the time the sessions over I would be all happy again.
But that was when I was fit enough to do Judo. Now not so sure - probably would get injured.
Now I run, actually. When I'm super stressed, I go out and push myself until I feel like I want to die liddat. Unfortunately this, too, I don't have much time lately to do.
But I think the more important reason - before you choose your stress-relieving activity, is to ask yourself: why are you stressed? What are you stressed about? If it's physical pain, there's not much you can do except to bear it out (or play video games to distract yourself).
What's going on?

Re Jeryl's suggestion: I agree. Getting a job's a remarkably good idea. =)

You've just had an operation, so I don't think running around madly or any kind of strenous exercise would be good for you right now.
You had bloody stools, you were afraid, and then you were relieved by the diagnosis. Even so, the whole procedure must have been quite scary. The operation has been very emotionally taxing. Don't worry, it's quite normal, especially since this wasn't scheduled well in advance.
I would suggest asking Cedric's question. Why are you stressed? Or more directly, are you stressed because the doctor says you are? Don't allow yourself to fall under the label of the doctor. Your illness is your own unique manifestation of the disease you have. Perhaps what you need is to reconcile with yourself. Take some time off, take a long walk =).

I don't feel stressed but I've been worrying about my health lately until it became an obsession. I went to clinic 6 times this week without any proper reason. Its just one symptom after another manifesting itself. Doctor said its a panic disorder or something. I was worried that it is caused by some sort of nerve disease. Doctor said otherwise, told me to relax and he referred me to some psycho doc.
The doctor helped me alot. I learned a secret about my body that my dad never told me about. I had to tell him alot about my past relationships and stuff. He said I was having stress or depression without realizing it till my body took its toll. I dare admit that I was severely depressed when I was in Form3/4 but thats over now. Taking a couple of meds to help myself. Takes around 2 weeks for it to make me feel normal again.
Honestly, I don't feel my head as it is. It isn't the same.

FYI, I'm no psycho. I'm feeling alright now but with physical pain coming from nowhere.

Pain can mean a lot of things. A few questions to ask yourself would be:
When did you start feeing the pains? Post operation? Before operation? Do you think it even has anything to do with the operation?
Where do you feel the pain? Do you feel it on both sides or on one side of the body?
Is it a dull sensation, or a sharp pain? Is the pain intermittent or constantly there?
Does your pain stay at the same place or does it travel to other locations on your body?
I think I would take the advice of my doctor and relax. I will agree that some symptoms are sometimes a manifestation of panic, but on your part I think you will intuitively know which ones are "real" and which ones are "panic attacks". Perhaps try and see a different doctor and get a second opinion.
*DISCLAIMER: As of this post I have had very little clinical training. My training at this point is mostly theoretical.

Depends where the pain is. In my the top left side of my chest, its a dull sensation that lasts 2 days which isn't longer there. There are sharp pains all over my body thats intermittent. Dull headaches happen too but isn't concentrated at one spot in my head. Keeps jumping too.
Before operation I was normal. I was traumatized the day my anus was dripping blood and the day before the operation. The day after was somewhat normal. These symptoms began manifesting the day after.

Pre-teen depression is rather common. Some teenagers realized that they are going through depression some dont. Hope the psychiatrist will help you outta this. I believe it has smth to do with your operation

If the pain doesn't keep occuring in one spot/general area I think it's less likely to be a specific site of injury. I don't know what drug they used (and not having studied Pharmacology I wouldn't know even if you told me) but it may have something to do with the anaesthetics they used. You mentioned weird effects on your memory and a lack of anaesthesia. In which case, it may go away as your system clears up the drug (I seriously don't know how long it takes to do this).
These symptoms may also be caused by panic. So, yeah, take your doctor's advice (relax), talk with your parents. Talking with your religious leader might also help. It's easier said than done to not panic, but I think people generally agree that it's easier with others around to support them.
